Our aim is to secure for you, from a reputable source, a higher annuity income based on your adverse
medical condition or lifestyle, than you would be offered by the best available open market standard annuity
provider.
If you require immediate enhanced income, from your pension fund or from your own savings, and have health
impairments or you think your lifestyle will qualify, we guarantee to find you a higher annuity rate to the
standard annuity rate you have been quoted.
The impaired or enhanced annuity illustrations we provide do not represent personalised advice and are not
a recommendation that any product matches your circumstances. If you should have any doubts please contact an
independent financial adviser so that your individual circumstances can be considered.
How much does it cost?
There is no direct charge for our service. However, if you proceed with any of the annuities we quote, the
annuity provider will pay us a commission for introducing the business to them. This will be itemised on the
Illustration or Key Facts document you will receive from the provider.
There are no charges if you decide not to proceed at any stage. Please view our Initial Disclosure

Data Protection
Any information you provide us with is subject to the Data Protection Act 1988. You can be assured that
your personal data is held securely and is never sold on to third parties.
By submitting your personal information to us, you give us permission to share that information with
carefully selected life and pensions companies only for the purposes of researching the annuity market on your
behalf and providing an enhanced or impaired annuity quotation. We will only share your information with reputable
annuity providers so that they can assess your eligibility for enhanced or impaired rates.

Client Monies
We do not handle client monies. All cheques for premiums, investment monies of any kind, must be made
payable to the Life Office or Investment Operator who will supply your Annuity.
